Returns

We understand that sometimes you may have a change of mind and would like to exchange the product you just bought. No worries, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We will be happy to arrange a return for any unused items purchased within 30 days. Just email us at support@rero.io. Please contact us before returning any package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. All refunds will be in store credit.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty

  • We will not make any warranties or accept any responsibility for any misuse by user.
  • To report your product's failure or problem, please contact us at support@rero.io.
  • Our technical support team will help to troubleshoot and verify the problem. If the product is required to be returned, they will provide you the warranty form.
  • Every product return must have warranty form filled in detail, else it will not be processed.
  • It takes 7 working days to troubleshoot, repair and test the warranty product from the date of received.
